Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bodysuits, camis, and other intimate apparel. All sale items are final sale.

Easy Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our Edmonton-based team will review your request within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Once approved, securely pack the items with original tags and packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse (return shipping at your expense):

Exchange Process

Prefer a different size or color? Follow the same steps as returns, specifying your desired exchange item in your email. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for your new item.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
