Where does Bare Form Store ship?
We proudly offer seamless global delivery to fashion-forward women in 50+ countries. Currently, we’re unable to ship to select Asian and remote regions due to logistical constraints. Our pieces are carefully packed at our Edmonton headquarters and shipped worldwide via trusted carriers.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Express Shipping ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 1-2 day processing + 10-15 day delivery with real-time tracking
- Free Standard Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 1-2 day processing + 15-25 day delivery with tracking included
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number. For Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you’ll have real-time tracking updates.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love every Bare Form piece you order. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer 15-day returns from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, simply email [email protected] with your order details.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns rather than direct exchanges. For a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item. This ensures you get the item you want without waiting for the exchange process.
